SOCiAL ASSESSMENT
The organization applying for admission is evaluated in order to verify whether it is really a social care association dedicated to and used by people in need.
TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT
A first and second level audit is carried out to assess which elements need to be modified or installed in order to obtain the highest energy efficiency increase possible.
FINAL RESULT
If both requisites are met, Fratello Sole invests in the project by itself, with no cost burdens for the charity organization managers.
WORK CONCESSION
At this point, Fratello Sole sets up a tender and selects only companies that have been certified by us to have the technical, financial, experiential and ethical requisites necessary to complete the work.
