ASSESSMENT
Assessment of the possible economic benefits for charities or social organizations deriving from an increase of the energy efficiency of their facilities.
DIRECT INVESTMENT
Fratello Sole invests the capital required to change or install energy efficiency increasing machines.
PLANT MANAGEMENT
Fratello Sole takes care of the management of the plant and of all maintenance works required during the whole cost absorption period.
ZERO-COST PLANT
After the cost absorption period, Fratello Sole transfers the property of the plant to the managing organization. If deemed necessary, it may keep the responsibility of maintenance works.
